Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Service Writer to join our team. The Service Writer will be responsible for assisting customers with their vehicle service needs, providing estimates, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Duties:

• Greet customers and assist them with their service inquiries
• Prepare accurate estimates for repairs and services
• Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
• Maintain customer records and update service history
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Process payments and handle cash transactions
• Schedule appointments for service and repairs

Skills:

• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance services such as oil changes, tire services, shocks/struts, brake repairs, etc.
• Mechanical knowledge to accurately align and transmit customer concerns to technicians a plus.
• Strong communication skills required.
